Biorig closes financing for its biomethane and CO₂ capture plant in León with technical advisory support from G-advisory
ING finances a €42.5 million project that will contribute to the development of renewable gases and the circular economy in Spain
Biorig has secured financing for its biomethane production and CO₂ capture plant in San Millán de los Caballeros (León, Spain), a project backed by a €42.5 million investment from ING. The facility will contribute to the valorization of organic waste and the production of renewable gases, further supporting the progress of the energy transition and the circular economy in Spain.
G-advisory participated in the project as a technical adviser, supporting the parties throughout the financing process and leveraging its expertise in the assessment of energy and environmental infrastructure projects.
The closing of this financing provides a new boost to the development of projects related to renewable gases in Spain and reinforces investor interest in infrastructure that promotes the sustainable use of resources and the reduction of emissions.
