By 31 December 2023, producers must notify how they will meet their container obligations
They will have to choose between an individual scheme or join a collective extended liability scheme
On December 29, 2022, Royal Decree 1055/2022, of December 27, 2023 on containers and waste containers came into force, with the exception of the obligations imposed in relation to the container market, which will do so in 2025.
