G-advisory advises Finerge in the purchase of 7 operational wind farms located in Spain
G-advisory has acted as technical advisor of Finerge, one of the main independent power producers of renewable energy in Portugal -with a portfolio of wind and solar assets and a total capacity of 1.2 GW- in the purchase to EDPR of 7 operating wind farms located in Spain.
The wind farms, with an average operating time of 9 years, have a global installed power of 242 MW, they are located in Ávila and Tarragona Provinces and are the first Spanish assets that Finerge incorporates to their portfolio.
The transaction value has been of approximately 426 M EUR.
This operation was directed by Máximo Martín Jiménez and Belén González Recio, in which Marta de Prada Gómez, Loreto Zubimendi Torán and David Ramos Zapatero participated and contributes to reinforce G-advisory’s leadership in the sector, and situates the company as one of the major technical advisory firms in the sector for both national and international clients.
