G-advisory advises Sonnedix on the acquisition of 4 photovoltaic plants (416 MWp) from Enel in Chile
The renewable energy company Sonnedix has signed an agreement with Enel for the purchase of four photovoltaic plants owned by Arcadia Generación Solar in northern Chile. For this project, Sonnedix has sought the technical advice of G-advisory.
The plants that make up the portfolio are: Diego de Almagro (36 MW, in operation since 2014), Carrera Pinto (97 MW, in operation since 2016), Pampa Solar Norte (79 MW, in operation since 2016) and Domeyko (204 MW, in operation since 2022), which are located in the regions of Atacama and Antofagasta. Their overall installed capacity amounts to 416 MW.
This operation adds to G-advisory’s extensive experience in the provision of technical advice on photovoltaic power plants in Chile, where we have participated in projects amounting to over 4 GW.
