How does the fashion industry manage criminal risks?

In the context of criminal liability for legal entities, she has introduced the students to the concept of criminal risks and, specifically, to those which are more likely to affect the textile industry and the fashion industry. Special attention has been paid to the construction of the corporate compliance model and its main elements, such as the preparation of a risk map and proposed prevention and mitigation measures. To wrap up the presentation, Laura gave the students a demonstration of the business risk monitoring tool known as CORE (Control de Riesgos Empresariales), which has been designed by Garrigues to manage its clients’ compliance risks.
