
Camilo Díaz
Senior associate
Camilo Díaz is a senior associate in G-advisory and has a degree in Sustainable Development Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, in Mexico. He has a Master’s Degree in Energy Innovation from KTH, Stockholm, Sweden and a Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, Spain.
Camilo began his professional career in 2013, in Rotoplas, a company that manufactures water tanks, working in the planning area. In 2015 he worked in the area of construction, on a drainage project for the management of treated water for an industrial complex. Between 2017-2018, Camilo was head of department in the Energy Ministry (SENER) of Mexico, in the area of exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons.
Camilo joined the G-advisory team in Madrid in July 2018. Since 2023, Camilo has been working from the G-advisory Mexico office, focusing on projects in Latin America. Camilo’s work in G-advisory has included renewable energy projects (solar photovoltaic, thermosolar, biomass, wind and cogeneration) and also integrated water cycle projects.
