Margot Arias

Margot Arias is a senior associate at G-advisory. She began her career in 1994 in the investment monitoring department of Red Eléctrica de España (REE). From 1997 to 2019 she pursued her career at Elecnor, having different responsibilities in the Business Development Division. For the last 6 years she was head of the Engineering Department of Elecnor’s Engineering Division. In 2020, she joined G-advisory.

In her professional career, she has been responsible for tender processes and engineering supervision in a wide range of projects in the fields of energy and environment, such as combined cycle, cogeneration, biomass, hydropower, wind farms and waste treatment plants. Her experience has given her an in-depth understanding of all stages of energy projects, from development to construction, and she is a member of different management committees for the construction of power and industrial projects.
